Cedar Grove Cheese
A family-owned cheese factory in Wisconsin dating back to 1878. Owner and Master Cheesemaker Bob Wills has a reputation for incubating award-winning cheesemakers and implementing forward-thinking processes. The first cheese factory in the country to require all milk to be rBGH free. Cedar Grove in Plain, WI, is the home of the Living Machine, processing wastewater from the factory in a way which returns clean water to the land.

One of only a handful of urban cheese factories in the nation, Clock Shadow Creamery, located near downtown Milwaukee, is the production site for Martha’s Pimento Cheese. Owned by Bob Wills of Cedar Grove Cheese, the team of cheese makers at Clock Shadow are producing award-winning fresh products such as Wisconsin’s legendary cheese curds, quark and chèvre as well as the Aged Cheddar Cheese used to make MPC.
